5 Ordering, User Details & WhatsApp Transmission

6 Pricing, Payment Gateway & Taxes

All prices displayed across the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

• Price Modifications: We reserve the right to alter catalog prices, introduce promotional discount codes (such as SANSKRUTI50), or withdraw special offers at any time without prior notice.
• Payment Processing: Payments are facilitated via authorized payment gateways, UPI applications (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED), or direct UPI QR code transactions.
• No Storage of Banking Credentials: Sanskruti eBooks never collects, handles, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, or net banking passwords. All financial transactions take place inside your encrypted banking or payment gateway application.
• Payment Confirmation: Access to digital downloads is granted only upon successful receipt of payment confirmation from the payment processor or bank network.

7 Intellectual Property & Personal Use License

9 Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

However, customer satisfaction and fair business practices are our core values. We provide full refunds or immediate replacements under the following verified circumstances:

• Duplicate / Multiple Charges: If an inadvertent double-payment occurred for the same order, the excess payment will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
